  • Real estate moves fast and it doesn’t stop for nights, weekends, or holidays. Because of that, I have a team that supports me. While I’ll be your dedicated agent throughout your home buying journey, we occasionally divide home showing responsibilities so someone will be available to meet when and where you need.

  • We do. While my primary team is Cactus Living, we are part of one of the fastest growing brokerages in the nation. With that, we get access to several properties before they’re listed nationally. We also have access to the Valley’s MLS system, which lists new “coming soon” properties every day.

  • Real estate fees are completely negotiable under the REALTOR guidelines, so there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. They depend on the services you choose, and typically range from 2.5% to 3% per side. In most cases, sellers cover both agents’ fees through the sale proceeds, but buyers might negotiate concessions to help cover the costs.
